FROW Edit: Cardi B dazzles in flowers at the Marc Jacobs show in New York

Cardi B stepped out in her hometown of New York with long acrylics and her tied up, ready to watch the highly anticipated Marc Jacobs FW24 ready-to-wear runway show. Flaunting a feather songbird dress made custom by the fashion house, Cardi made headlines in a series of snaps captured at the event. From the streets outside the public library, inside the venue and then backstage talking to Jacobs about the collection.

The dress itself consists of purple and yellow organza lilies and yellow feathers that jut out across the entirety of the dress giving it further texture. Paired with yellow knitted tights and platform white mary jane heels, a staple of the Jacobs line, Cardi kept the outfit colour coordinated and eye-catching. Ever one to set standards and hit cultural touchpoints, the rapper once again made her reputation known as soon as she hit the venue.
